Satisfaction surveys

Raising the quality of Victorian vocational education and training The Victorian Skills Authority (VSA) leads a survey program to monitor the performance and outcomes of vocational education and training (VET) in Victoria.

The VSA collects information from Victorian students, and employers of apprentices and trainees, through the annual Student Satisfaction Survey and Employer Satisfaction Survey.

Data collected from the surveys is used to inform improvements in VET that benefit students, employers and the wider community. The results are also reported back to individual training providers.

The surveys were initiated by the Department of Education in 2014. They have been managed by the VSA since July 2021.
