Access school records as a victim-survivor.
Student records
These include: enrolment records, student wellbeing records, school results (Year 10 and VCE), and yearly reports.
School results
You may need specific results for further study or other applications.
For example, the Australian Defence Force has a minimum requirement of a pass in both Year 10 Maths and English. To prove you passed Year 10 English and Maths for the ADF, you can provide a copy of your Year 10 certificate or final school report.

School reports
Your school reports were created at least yearly for your entire schooling (primary and secondary) and contain information about your academic achievement and progress.

| Note | Schools are only required to keep primary school reports for 6 years after a student has left. |
Enrolment records
Enrolment records show that you attended a school.

Student wellbeing records
These records hold information about the wellbeing support a student receives.

Staff records
School staff employment records
School staff employment records show where and when a person was employed, and other details about their employment. The records include both teaching and non-teaching staff.

Teacher discipline records
A teacher discipline record is made when a teacher is accused of doing something wrong that needs investigation.

Administrative school records
Administrative school records include: school council minutes, financial records, yearbooks, school policies, school photographs, etc.
