Former school employees
If you stopped working after 1993
To request a Statement of Service if your last school is open: Contact the school’s principal.
To request a Statement of Service if your last school has closed: Contact the Department of Education’s People and Workplace Relations (Schools) team: Contact HR for schools. You can search the Victorian Government Schools Directory to check if the school is open or closed.
If you stopped working prior to 1993
To request a Statement of Service: Contact the Department of Education’s People and Workplace Relations (Schools) team at Contact HR for schools.
If you wish to access someone else’s record (including a family member), you may be referred to the Department’s Freedom of Information team.
