We encourage you to say thanks to the teachers who inspire you every day.
Use the World Teachers’ Day resources below to show your appreciation in your school, early childhood service, or on your communication channels.
Share stories and photos on social media to show how you are celebrating World Teachers’ Day. Tag the Department of Education on LinkedIn or X and use the hashtag #WorldTeachersDay2025.
Parents and carers are also welcome to say thank you to their child’s teacher, or even help with a morning tea for teachers.
