Making it equal: Victoria’s women in manufacturing strategy

The Victorian Government’s strategy to encourage more women and girls to pursue a career in manufacturing, while supporting the industry to create inclusive and accessible workplaces for everyone. Victoria’s manufacturing industry has historically been male dominated. However, today we have the opportunity to provide a diverse range of roles and opportunities for people of all genders and identities.

Making it equal highlights key ways for industry to increase women’s participation and equity in the sector, along with practical tools and resources for manufacturers of all sizes.
