What you’ll need to apply
The documents required depend on the structure of your entity.
Subsidiary, SPV or Joint Venture of a Registered Community Housing Agency
If your entity is a subsidiary, SPV or joint venture, and a registered community housing agency (Victoria, Western Australia or NRSCH) is a controlling or substantial member, you will need to provide:
- Constitution or rules Must comply with Schedule 7 of the Housing Act 1983 (Vic).
All other applicants
- Constitution or rules Must comply with Schedule 7 of the Housing Act 1983 (Vic).
- B****oard charter or governance documents Include roles, responsibilities, skills, and any probity declarations.
- Business plan or strategic framework Outline your entity’s goals, structure, service model, and approach to risk.
- Government grant documents (if applicable) If your entity has applied for or secured government funding, provide the application or tender documents submitted to the funding body and, if successful, evidence of funding approval or an executed funding agreement.
- Audited financial statement (if applicable) Include your most recent if your entity has operated for at least one financial year.
- Financial forecasts Provide forecasts for up to the next three years.
- Funding for setup and startup costs Provide details of funding received in the online form.
- Financial risks Provide details of debts, liabilities or risks to your financial viability in the online form.
