Quick links and guidance for community members to manage their eduPass account.
Community members including independent schools, catholic schools and non-government organisations who have a registered an eduPass account can access the department’s secure online resources and applications.
Your User ID and 4 digit PIN are required to login to eduPass.
Set-up your eduPass account profile once you receive the registration invitation.
Update your personal details in eduPass.
Protect your User ID by updating your security details.
Enter your User ID, and type in the displayed security code. You will then need to answer 2 of your secret questions and provide your 4 digit PIN.
Enter your registered email address and request your User ID be resent. You cannot change your User ID.
Update your access to restricted resources, applications and websites.

eduPass accounts can be requested on an individual basis through the eduPass Community Portal or on behalf of an organisation.

You will receive an ‘invitation’ to an application or you can register directly through the eduPass Community Portal.
Your eduPass account belongs to you personally. In fact, eduPass will prevent you from registering more than one account using the same email address.
Invitations to access applications or to join organisations will all be connected to your account when you accept the invitation. You can then use the same User ID and password to gain entry to any application you have access to.
If you lose your invitation to an application, you can request another invitation via the eduPass Community Portal.
