Your email address and password are required to login to eduPass.
Manage your password
Change your password in eduPass (education login required).
Reset your forgotten password
School staff will need to enter their email address or User ID (e.g. 09001234) in eduPass.
Update your secret questions and answers
Protect your account by updating your security details in eduPass.

You can update your account using eduPass, change personal details directly through eduPay or access other systems.

- eduPass support for casual staff and school visitors
Registration support
You will need to register with the school administrator if you need to use our secure systems and applications.
You will then receive a letter from your school with important information and instructions on how to activate your accounts.
If you are having difficulties with registration or lose your welcome letter, please contact the department’s Services Portal.
Advice for casual staff members who are also school parents
If you are parent and a casual staff member, you need to maintain 2 separate eduPass accounts – one as a casual staff member and one as a parent. Each gives you access to relevant information.
