Supplement to the General Order effective 31 January 2023

Supplementary changes effective 31 January 2023 to the General Order of 5 December 2022.

I, the Hon Jacinta Allan MP, Acting Premier of Victoria, state that the following administrative arrangements for responsibility for the following Acts of Parliament, provisions of Acts and functions will operate in substitution of the arrangements specified in the Administration of Acts General Order of 5 December 2022 (as amended by the Supplement effective on 13 December 2022) in relation to the Acts, provisions of Acts and functions specified in this Supplement, from the Effective date of this Order:
