A State Memorial Service for The Honourable Robert (Robin) FitzGerald Cooper was held on Monday 6 December 2021 at the Frankston Arts Centre.

The Honourable Robert (Robin) FitzGerald Cooper
Mr Cooper’s family, friends and colleagues celebrated his life and reflected on his legacy and contributions to the State of Victoria and to his local community.
The Service commenced with a welcome from the Master of Ceremonies, Mr Allan Caton, followed by the Australian National Anthem.
Mr Cooper’s memory was then honoured by his daughter, Ms Rebecca Cooper, followed by a video tribute from Chaplain Graeme Watkinson CSM RAN (Retd).
