如果您是难民或寻求庇护者，您的孩子可能有资格申请早启幼儿园课程（ESK）计划。ESK 可以帮助确保您的孩子每周获得尽可能久的免费幼儿园课程（Free Kinder）。
申请方式
所有由持有资质的教师授课的幼儿园课程都可以通过 ESK 报名。您可以联系附近的幼儿园为您的孩子报名，并要求申领早启幼儿园补助金。幼儿园服务机构可以使用免费翻译服务，为您提供简体中文书面信息。
您还可以拨打教育部三岁幼儿园咨询热线（Three-Year-Old Kindergarten Enquiry Line）1800 338 663，或联系当地市政府来寻求帮助。如需获得中文帮助，您可以拨打 131 450 致电全国口笔译服务处（National Translating and Interpreting Service），请口译员拨打当地市政府或教育部电话，口译员会在通话过程中为您翻译。
何时报名
如果孩子在入读三岁幼儿园课程当年的 4 月 30 日之前年满 3 岁，就有资格参与 ESK 计划。请参阅 “何时报名（when to enrol）”。
如果您孩子的生日在 1 月 1 日至 4 月 30 日之间，您可以决定他们从哪一年开始入读三岁幼儿园课程。您的孩子可以在年满 3 或 4 岁的当年开始三岁幼儿园课程。如果您的孩子在年满 3 岁的当年就读三岁幼儿园课程，那他们会在年满 5 岁时开始上学。如果您的孩子在年满 4 岁的当年就读三岁幼儿园课程，那他们会在年满 6 岁时开始上学。
如果您需要帮助来确定您的孩子何时有资格参与 ESK 计划，您可以咨询教育部、当地市政府、母婴保健护士或您所在地区的幼儿园，或您所在地区的以下任何机构：

我的孩子应该就读四岁幼儿园课程吗？
是的，入读早启幼儿园课程的孩子有资格就读免费或低收费的四岁幼儿园课程。自 2025 年起，四年级幼儿园课程已逐步转变为预学前班课程（Pre-Prep）。自 2026 年起，符合以下条件的儿童每周可参加多达 25 个小时的预学前班课程：
- 来自难民或寻求庇护者背景
- 身份为原住民和/或托雷斯海峡岛民
- 家庭曾与儿童保护机构有过接触。
无论您的孩子住在维多利亚州的哪个地方，前一年入读 ESK 计划的孩子都能保证每周享受到增加的学前班课时。即使上一年没有参与 ESK 课程的孩子也有资格参加学前班。
