How to report changes to your multicultural project or event. If there are changes to your grant project, your organisation needs to let the Community Grants team.
Project changes you need to report
Your organisation must report changes to:
- budget
- partnering or sponsoring organisations
- project commencement date
- project completion date
- venues (for events and festivals).
How to report project changes
Complete a project variation form and submit it to the relevant program team.
