Expression of Interest process

Learn Local providers can request ACFE training delivery hours through an Expression of Interest (EOI).

The 2026 EOI opens on 27 August and closes on 17 September 2025.

Submitting your application for 2026 ACFE training delivery

  1. Send your proposed 2026 Delivery Plan to training.participation@djsir.vic.gov.au by 17 September 2025.
  2. Submit your Module Plans and Session Plans with your EOI application or separately by 31 October 2025.

If you are a registered Learn Local provider and don’t have access to the Learn Local Secure portal, please contact your local regional office.

General Pre-accredited training

General Pre-accredited training curriculum can be centrally or locally developed, for delivery through the program categories:

All new modules must be developed using PQF+ templates.

General Pre-accredited Training

General Pre-accredited training includes centrally and locally developed curriculum, for delivery through the Language, Literacy, Numeracy, Employability and Engagement program categories.

Locally developed General Pre-accredited training modules (previously known as courses) must be consistent with either the Pre-accredited Quality Framework(opens in a new window) (PQF 2013) for existing modules or the PQF+ for any new modules.

Additional Digital and Employability Places

Digital Literacy Essentials and Employability with a Digital Component.

The Victorian Budget 2023–24 provides funding over two years, to address the skills knowledge based required to ensure thousands of pre-accredited learners have the digital literacy and employability skills they need to improve their employment prospects.

Training delivery hours are available in 2025 as part of the second year of the Additional Digital and Employability Pre-accredited Places Budget initiative. This will include centrally and locally developed curriculum, for delivery through the Digital Literacy Essentials and Employability with a Digital Component training delivery program categories.

Quality-assured, centrally developed curriculum and resources have been developed within the General Pre-accredited and Additional Digital and Employability Places program streams.

The list of ACFE Board centrally developed curriculum and module codes is available from the Learn Local sector hub, located on your Dashboard in the Learn Local secure portal(opens in a new window). Please note, new modules will be added as they become available.
