PACE (Participate, Advocate, Communicate, Engage) Leadership Program

This program supports Victorian migrant and refugee women, gender diverse and non-binary people leaders to recognise and embrace leadership in ways that build on their existing strengths. The PACE (Participate, Advocate, Communicate, Engage) Leadership Program builds on migrant women’s knowledge and experiences to take the lead in their lives, work and community.

Delivered by the Multicultural Centre for Women’s Health (MCWH), the program aims to encourage migrant women to access leadership opportunities, and to collectively advocate for better conditions for migrant women to be leaders.
