Multicultural grants - accountability report forms
Find accountability and evaluation report forms for multicultural grants. Once your organisation has spent your grant funding you must complete a grant accountability report. For some grants you will also need to complete a evaluation report.
Completed reports need to be submitted to the relevant program team.
What are grant accountability reports?
Grant accountability reports:
- detail how your organisation spent your awarded grant funding
- ensure that funding is spent in line with each grant’s program guidelines.

- detail how well your grant project went
- provide information on how projects can be improved

This report is for overdue and expired grants funded through the Multicultural Affairs portfolio. If your organisation has outstanding reports for small grants (under $10,000) awarded prior to 2018-19 you must complete this report for each grant received.
