We can absolutely see the tangible impact of our day to day interactions with young children - on them, their families, and the wider community.
The best experience I have had in early childhood is any moment where you actually see that spark happen. Where you see that what you are doing has meaning.
Moments that give you satisfaction is when you want into a room full of tiny, tiny children and you see the impact you’ve had on their lives.
You absolutely get a million times more than you give.
