Trade & Tech Fit 2026 teacher promotional video

Teacher 1: Our women and gender-diverse students and young people are just as capable as anyone else. You can’t be what you don’t see. That visibility, I think, is what makes something like this really powerful.

Teacher 2: I think my main impression was the inclusivity and so much choice.

Teacher 3: It’s so nice to see them having the hands on, and trying something that they normally do not do at school.

Teacher 2: You see people really enjoying, really immersed. You can feel the enthusiasm. It radiates throughout the entire expo.

Teacher 4: To be immersed in a whole heap of different things I think is really valuable.

Teacher 5: The girls can be around other people that they feel comfortable with, so that’s a really good thing.

Teacher 4: Having people that are in-the-know to give you the truth about what the jobs are like.

Teacher 1: As a teacher and a school leader, it really opens up my eyes for the kind of excursions we could have. We’ve already made heaps of contacts, so it’s really eye-opening for me.

Teacher 4: Teaching our young people that the world is their oyster is really important.

Teacher 2: It’s going to change you, it’s going to change your thinking, and it’s going to empower your girls who are going to, in turn, empower the world.
