Undergraduate employment-based teaching degrees – Federation Uni
The next generation of teachers is already in our schools. Education support staff building on real world experience to become qualified teachers through a Federation University degree. This program is unique from a regional perspective
because we’re taking education support workers from local schools. We’re educating them, and then we’re sending them back to their local communities to teach. This Department of Education program enables you to continue working at your school whilst you study and qualifies you
for financial assistance through government scholarships. Our face-to- face program really supports our students through a Learning Skills Advisor who works with students both in and out of the classroom. It’s a collaborative environment that’s been designed to guide you through
every aspect of your journey towards a rewarding career in teaching. It’s the professional conversations they have both at school and university, that really get them to understand the craft of teaching. And it’s not just about learning.
Fed Uni’s degree connects you with others on the same journey so you can build a unique network of friendships and grow together. Our program allows students to develop slowly into the teachers into the teachers that they want to be.
So by fourth year, they’re ready to teach classes. So if you’re ready to step up into a teaching career, then do it with Fed Uni and the support of your community.
