How do I reset my PIN in Arrival?
0:07: Uh oh, looks like Mary has forgotten her PIN.
0:12: No problem, she can reset it in just a few steps.
0:18: First, select the Forgotten Your PIN link at the bottom of the screen.
0:24: Then enter the mobile number you use to log into Arrival and select Continue.
0:32: Next, enter the child’s date of birth and select Continue.
0:39: Enter and confirm your new PIN.
0:42: Then select Save.
0:45: Great job, your new PIN is saved.
