Liquor offences and fines

Offences and fines for breaching the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998. The Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 allows infringement notices (fines) to be issued to:

Infringement notices are an alternative to going to court, so fine amounts are lower than the maximum court penalty.

Some breaches increase your annual licence renewal fee for 3 years. The extra cost is called a compliance history risk fee.
