Fire Services Implementation Monitor publications

On this page

The Fire Services Implementation Monitor (FSIM) provides independent assurance to government and the community on the progress of fire services reform activities towards a modern fire service for a safer Victoria.

Quarterly reports

FSIM publishes quarterly reports as required by the Fire Rescue Victoria Act 1958. These reports are developed using information and data provided by Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) and the Country Fire Authority (CFA) against the performance measures set out in their respective Outcomes Frameworks. Visit the CFA Outcomes Framework and the FRV Outcomes Framework for more information.

FSIM publishes quarterly reports within 30 days of receiving quarterly updates from FRV and CFA. These quarterly updates from the fire agencies are due to FSIM on 1 February, 1 May, 1 August and 1 November each year.
