Does Free TAFE mean the course is completely free?

TAFE course costs are made up of 3 parts:

Free TAFE means you don’t pay the tuition fees.

Each TAFE or course may have additional student fees for student services and/or course materials fees. You should ask your preferred TAFE for information about additional fees.

To help with costs that are not covered by Free TAFE, many TAFEs offer student loans, payment plans or scholarships. You’ll find more information on each TAFE website.
