Employment Projections Dashboard
Explore up-to-date information on in-demand and emerging jobs in Victoria Over the next 3 years, around 373,000 new workers are expected to enter the Victorian labour market. This includes 143,000 workers in new jobs and 230,000 workers to replace retiring workers. These new workers will be in addition to the 3.76 million workers already in Victoria.
You can use the Employment Projections Dashboard to:

The dashboard has been refreshed and new features added, including:
- a comparison page – allowing you to compare new workers expected across regions, occupations and industries
- more guidance information – defining key economic concepts and data presented
- more data – workforce demographics, educational attainment requirements, and more data
- additional cross-functionality of data – dynamic cross filtering embedded
- download data directly from the dashboard.
