Learning objectives
The learning objectives for this resource are:

Body mass indicator (BMI) education resource
The BMI education resource aims to assist early childhood professionals and Maternal and Child Health nurses in tackling the risk of obesity in young children.
This resource is particularly pertinent in light of the increasing epidemic of childhood obesity and the addition of the BMI-for-age growth charts in the My Health, Learning and Development Record (Child Health record).
