With a distinguished career in future skills, employment and economic policy, Caroline has been instrumental in empowering individuals and businesses. She is dedicated to driving innovation and strategic insights in workforce development policy.
Caroline’s expertise spans economic and skills development, labour markets and workforce planning. Her previous roles include as inaugural Executive Director of Jobs Queensland, and Deputy Chief Executive of the National Employment Services Association.
Caroline has worked in Australia and internationally on skills and workforce issues and was the recipient of a prestigious Australian-American Fulbright scholarship in vocational education and training.
