Worker and Carer Exclusion Scheme (WCES)
You can find more information, as well as how to notify us about the conduct of a carer or worker, on the Worker and Carer Exclusion Scheme (WCES) page.
If you need further information about WCES or the WCES database, to check if a carer is excluded, or to notify us about the conduct of a worker or carer, please contact WCESdatabase@ssr.vic.gov.au.
You can also contact us for interstate information about persons of concern (Child Protection) and information about carers under investigation under the Victorian Carer’s Registry and WCES, including updates about matters.
If you need to conduct an urgent out-of-hours WCES database check, please call 0400 841 242.

National Disability Insurance Scheme Screening Check (NDIS Check)

Reporting a notifiable incident in a social service or supported residential service
Service providers registered with the Social Services Regulator must report notifiable incidents that occur during the delivery of a registered social service. This includes incidents at supported residential services. To report a notifiable incident, contact incidents@ssr.vic.gov.au.
