[12] The Disability Services Commissioner is listed as a Child Link User and Child Link Authoriser under the Child Wellbeing and Safety Act; however, the Disability Services Commissioner has been decommissioned following the transfer of Victorian disability services to the National Disability Insurance Scheme and as such is not listed here.
