Кар’єрні можливості для нових вчителів і вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти
Уряд штату Вікторія зобов’язався покращити становище всіх сімей штату, зокрема сімей різного культурно-лінгвістичного походження.
На виконання цієї обіцянки уряд інвестує понад 370 мільйонів доларів у реформу під назвою «Найкращий початок – найкраще життя» (англ. Best Start, Best Life), покликану суттєво збільшити наявний штат освітян у сфері дошкільної освіти.
Розроблено низку кадрових ініціатив для додаткового залучення та підтримки понад 11 000 вчителів та вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти на рівні штату.
