BGIS Connect is the facilities services request portal used to log and track maintenance requests in Victorian Government buildings. It replaces the previous system, Corrigo, previously used by JLL.

- Why has the system changed?
The Victorian Government has appointed BGIS as the new Real Estate and Facilities Management (REFM) service provider. As part of this change, the previous system Corrigo has been replaced with the BGIS Connect.
- What has changed for you?

- What has stayed the same?
Many aspects of the service remain the same for VPS. The Accommodation Services helpdesk phone number remains unchanged. Emergency and critical facilities issues can still be reported by phone on 1800 742 733.
- What is BGIS Connect?
BGIS Connect (BGIS Facilities Service Request Portal) is the system used to log and track facilities and maintenance requests in Victorian Government buildings.

- How do I access BGIS Connect?
You can access BGIS Connect via:
- Link https://apps.bgis.com/BGISConnect(opens in a new window)
- Accommodation Services page
- Department or agency intranet.
- How do I log a service request?
Urgent or safety issues-no change
For urgent issues such as major leaks, loss of power or safety hazards, contact the Accommodation services helpdesk on 1800 742 733.
Non‑urgent requests
Non‑urgent facilities and maintenance requests should be submitted through BGIS Connect.
Examples include:
- broken appliances
- air‑conditioning adjustments
- pest control
- cleaning or waste removal
- minor repairs.

- Open BGIS Connect
- Select Create service request
- Enter the building or location
- Describe the issue

- Who do I contact if I have technical issues?
For BGIS Connect registration errors, login issues, or difficulties lodging service requests:

Include detailed information and supporting screenshots where possible.
- Who do I contact if my request is urgent?
Phone 1800 742 733 (1800 SHARED):
- for emergency or critical requests
- if you are unable to log a facilities request via BGIS Connect.
- How do I track my requests?
Once a request has been submitted, you can track the progress of the request in the portal. You will be able to view updates, status information and completion details.

- What will happen to my existing requests in Corrigo?
Any work orders that were already in progress will be transferred to the BGIS system so that work can continue without interruption.
If you require assistance, contact the Accommodation Services helpdesk on 1800 742 733 (1800 SHARED) or speak with your department facilities contact.

- What is happening to service requests that were logged before the transition?
BGIS is reviewing and uploading all live service requests that were originally logged with JLL into the BGIS system.
- Do departments and agencies need to do anything?
No. No action is required from departments or agencies. Please do not submit a new service request for the same issue.
- Will requestors be notified about their existing service requests?
Yes. BGIS will send a notification to the original requester confirming:
- the work order has been successfully transferred to BGIS
- the current status of the work order
- the estimated completion date.
- Where can I view my transferred service requests?
Transferred service requests will be visible in BGIS Connect, provided the work order was originally lodged using the same email address. Alternatively, requestors can call the Accommodation Services helpdesk on 1800 742 733 (1800 SHARED) to seek updates on work orders not visible in BGIS Connect.
