नि:शुल्क किन्डर भिक्टोरिया भरिका सहभागी सेवाहरूमा तीन-र-चार वर्षीय किन्डर वा प्रि-प्रेप कार्यक्रमहरूमा उपलब्ध छ। यसमा लामो समयको डे केयर र स्ट्यान्डअलोन (जसलाई सत्रगत पनि भनिन्छ) दुबै किन्डर सेवाहरू समावेश छन्।
परिवारहरूको लागि बचत
सहभागी सत्रगत किन्डरगार्टनमा भर्ना भएका बालबालिकाहरूका परिवारहरूले नि:शुल्क कार्यक्रम प्राप्त गर्छन्।
सहभागी लामो समयको डे केयरमा भर्ना भएका बालबालिकाहरूका परिवारहरूले वार्षिक शुल्क अफसेट गर्न पाउँछन्।
नि:शुल्क किन्डरको लागि योग्यता
नि:शुल्क किन्डर सबैका लागि हो।
यस नि:शुल्क किन्डरमा पहूँच गर्नको लागि परिवारहरसँग हेल्थ केयर कार्ड वा पेन्सन कार्ड, अष्ट्रेलियन नागरिकता, वा ठेगानाको प्रमाण हुनु आवश्यक छैन। नि:शुल्क किन्डर प्राप्त गर्नका लागि तपाईं Australian Government Child Care Subsidy (CCS) को लागि योग्य हुन पनि आवश्यक छैन।
तपाईंले एकपटकमा एक किन्डर सेवा केन्द्रमा मात्र नि: शुल्क किन्डर प्राप्त गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ। तपाईंको किन्डर सेवा केन्द्रले तपाईंले नि: शुल्क किन्डर प्राप्त गर्ने सेवा केन्द्रको नाम दिँदै पत्रमा हस्ताक्षर गर्न भन्नेछ। यदि तपाईंको बच्चा एकभन्दा बढी किन्डर सेवामा भाग लिन्छ भने, तपाईंले प्रत्येक सेवालाई तपाईं कहाँ नि:शुल्क किन्डर पहुँच गर्न चाहनुहुन्छ भनेर बताउनुपर्छ।
नि:शुल्क किन्डर कोषमा कसरी पहुँच गर्ने?
नि:शुल्क किन्डर प्रदान गर्ने किन्डरगार्टन केन्द्रहरूले भिक्टोरिया सरकारबाट सीधै अनुदान प्राप्त गर्नेछन्। यसको मतलब परिवारहरूले बचत दावी गर्नुपर्दैन, बरू यसको सट्टामा तपाईंको शुल्क घटाइनेछ। सत्रगत किन्डरमा तपाईंको कार्यक्रम नि:शुल्क हुन्छ।
लामो समयको डे केयर किन्डर कार्यक्रमहरू प्रयोग गर्ने परिवारहरूले स्पष्टरूपमा ‘भिक्टोरिया सरकारको निःशुल्क किन्डर अफसेट’ (Victorian Government Free Kinder offset) लेखिएको बिलहरूमा हरेक बिलिङ चक्रमा ‘फ्री किन्डर’ बाट भएको बचतहरू हेर्न सक्नु हुनेछन्।
तपाईंले तिर्ने शुल्कमा “शुल्क अफसेट” (कटौती) कसरी लागू हुन्छ?
नि:शुल्क किन्डर अफसेट तपाईंको शुल्कमा वर्षभरि नियमितरूपमा लागू हुनेछ (उदाहरणका लागि साप्ताहिक वा पाक्षिक)। तपाईंले आफ्नो बिलमा ‘Victorian Government Free Kinder offset’ भनेर स्पष्टरूपमा उल्लेख गरिएको रकम देख्न सक्नुहुनेछ।
तपाईंको शुल्कमा अफसेट कसरी लागू हुनेछ र तपाईंको बिलमा यो कसरी देखाइन्छ भन्नेबारे जानकारीको लागि, कृपया तपाईंको किन्डर सेवामा सिधै कुरा गर्नुहोस्। यदि तपाईंको बच्चाले प्रतिहप्ता 15 घण्टाभन्दा बढी सेवा प्राप्त गर्दछ भने, यी अतिरिक्त घण्टाहरू अफसेटमा समावेश गरिँदैनन्।

- सेवाले हप्ताको ३ दिनका लागि $360 शुल्क लिन्छ (किन्डर समय र अतिरिक्त हेरचाह समय सहित)।
- परिवारले हप्ताको $252 को CCS प्राप्त गर्छन्।
- २०२६ सम्ममा यो सेवाले ४० हप्तासम्म साप्ताहिक रूपमा $२,१०१ को नि: शुल्क किन्डर (Free Kinder) अफसेट लागू गर्नेछ (प्रति हप्ता करिब $५२)।
- परिवारले CCS र Free Kinder अफसेट पछि प्रति हप्ता $५५ भुक्तानी गर्नेछ।
