Ministerial register of interests: February to June 2025

Ministers and parliamentary secretaries are required to disclose their private interests and declare conflicts of interest.

On this page

Ministers and parliamentary secretaries disclose their private interests as part of the bi-annual ordinary return process to Parliament, with variations made by a material change form in the interim. These interests are then reproduced on the ministerial register of interests. Any gifts declared in the ordinary return are included in the ministerial register of gifts, benefits and hospitality.

Ordinary returns for the 1 February 2025 to 30 June 2025 period were tabled in Parliament on 26 August 2025, which are available on the Parliament of Victoria’s tabled documents database.

Managing conflicts of interest

Ministers and parliamentary secretaries must submit a conflict management plan to the Premier for approval if any of their private interests create a perceived, potential or actual conflict of interest with their responsibilities as a minister or parliamentary secretary. Ministers and parliamentary secretaries must also seek the Premier’s approval to retain shareholdings and directorships.

Any ministers or parliamentary secretaries that require a conflict management plan either have a plan in place or in development. Conflict management plans are reviewed and updated regularly to manage any risks.
